“Hideaway Cottage and the riverside property it is nestled in were just what we we were hoping - Cozy, peaceful and an easy launchpad for wilderness adventures. We kayaked the Santa Fe from their dock and saw so much wildlife on or near the property,. Mike was very helpful and on hand when needed. ”

“The house is wonderful—very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return! ”

“Lisa was very welcoming and communicated well through my two-week stay (things like trash day or contractors coming on to the property.) Bella and Zoey were adorable to meet, and quite well behaved after checking me in. Definitely recommend this place!”

There was so much space for them to run around. We only had issues with the cleanliness of the house, the floors were super dirty and we only noticed because we had wiped the floor from some crumbs that were spilled. The master bathroom was clogged and it didn’t seem like any surfaces were wiped down such……

“Fabulous home that we evacuated to during Hurricane Milton. It is a beautiful lake home property & they have everything you need in the kitchen & a grill for cooking meals, which was important since we weren’t going to do daily runs into town to eat at restaurants. We would love to rent again when we could actually enjoy lake activities, instead of spending most of our time inside.
