“We enjoyed our stay. This is a nice roomy house in an upscale neighborhood of Mt Vernon, it was well stocked and had a nice yard for the kids. We found the bed arrangement different from the listing and one couple had to sleep in twin beds.I emailed the host to request a late check out and never received a reply Overall it was a very pleasant stay.”

“We needed a nearby VRBO to stay in while our plumbing was being replaced on our nearby home. This cozy suite was a perfect spot. Convenient to amenities, our favorite hikes, restaurants etc. The suite has a unique character with lots of neat antiques and artworks. Very well maintained. Would stay again for sure.”

“I will keep this short and sweet. You want to stay here. It is a lovely house with tons of character and all the amenities you may need. While we didn't end up using the kayaks and toys in the boat house (though we were very tempted), the view from the spacious sunroom was amazing and where my friends and I spent most of our time chatting and playing tabletop games during our stay. Plenty of seating for all. The kitchen is updated and fun to cook in, and I slept super well in the master suite……

“It was a little too cold at night to sleep with the windows open to listen to the river as we slept but the rain on the roof made up for that. The only bad nights sleep was when we thought we needed to set our alarm to wake up early. We never set the alarm the rest of our stay. The neighbors to the left put up a no trespassing sign so we couldn’t walk along the river back and that was sad for us. But the home was great. Would definitely rent this home again. ”

“My family is spread out, from Alaska to Pennsylvania! The six of us gathered at this beautiful home for spring break. This home was above and beyond! Fully furnished, every kitchen item imaginable! Top of the line wolf stove and cookware. Plenty of room for everyone. Game room on the third floor. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The hosts were amazing and gave some great suggestions on seafood and local attractions. We WILL be back!”

“House was meat and clean. Patio and yard could have used some upkeep. Bed pillow needs to be changed had blood on it. We enjoyed staying here. Nice little town. Convenient location to North Cascades Park”

“The property was very clean and very beautiful. The home was very well decorated and had all the amenities we needed plus more! The three bedrooms were big enough for our entire family to have room and the views from the entire house were amazing. This property sits on Lake Martha which was very peaceful and relaxing. The kayaks and paddle boat were available for use as well. There is a nice covered area with a fire pit that sits close to the dock and a nice deck on the house you can sit……
