“It was a little too cold at night to sleep with the windows open to listen to the river as we slept but the rain on the roof made up for that. The only bad nights sleep was when we thought we needed to set our alarm to wake up early. We never set the alarm the rest of our stay. The neighbors to the left put up a no trespassing sign so we couldn’t walk along the river back and that was sad for us. But the home was great. Would definitely rent this home again. ”

“Our family spent a full week at this property and overall had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the helpful email beforehand with directions and info about cell coverage. The location is stunning — the yard is well maintained, river access was excellent, and we really enjoyed using the fire pit in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, and all the linens and furniture were clean and cozy. The steam shower was a luxurious touch once we figured it out —……

“We were in the area for just one night to visit North Cascades NP. The cottage was perfect for our needs. It was easy to find, comfortable and immaculately clean. We really enjoyed our short stay! ”

“This house is gorgeous, almost as pretty as the property it sits on. Perfect for a getaway teenager birthday party with lots of space and open concept layout to see all.The hike was a bit harder than expected to river but wow, a lot of work and effort went into that trail. Unfortunately we were maybe a bit early for morel mushrooms :)It is a bit dark in kitchen at night but with all the LED lights and sorting through the many remotes to control them, it definitely is colorful. Perfect……

“The house is very well accommodating and clean, I appreciated how previous guest have left seasoning, food, condiments ect. In the fridge for following guest. Beds were very comfy to sleep in.”

“We had a group of 5 friends and we loved our stay in this house. The kitchen was well stocked and it had a comfortable dining area and living room with great lighting. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and it was great there was a bathroom/shower on each floor. The deck and grill were great too. The spiral staircase might be tough for some people, but there is a way to get to the main level from the outside so only those in staying in the bunk bed room need to use the spiral staircase. ”

“We needed a nearby VRBO to stay in while our plumbing was being replaced on our nearby home. This cozy suite was a perfect spot. Convenient to amenities, our favorite hikes, restaurants etc. The suite has a unique character with lots of neat antiques and artworks. Very well maintained. Would stay again for sure.”
