“We stayed in this apartment for three nights in April 2025 with my wife, two small children, and my mother-in-law. The views and proximity to the water cannot be beat, and the management team was very friendly and responsive. My only word of advice would be for potential renters to do some research on surrounding area before renting - the San Giovanni ferry dock is just steps away with some limited schedules to nearby towns, and there is a lovely coffee shop with helpful staff and a couple of……

Excellent location that makes it easy to access Como and Como lake areas. The location was central, and easily reachable on foot or public transport.
