“We are in love with this property! It was a relaxing, fishing weekend with the family and we all had such a great time. We took our dog, and it was set up to be very pet friendly. She had a doggy door that went outside and a fenced in area, super convenient! The property is so clean, so open and airy, amazing lake views. We loved the beachy vibe and the attention to detail. “Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. We did not have contact with the local care keeper, a couple messages were not returned. Perch lake is a very small lake, a pontoon ride around the lake would take 30 min. or less. “Property was as advertised. Very clean, pet friendly with a fenced yard. Backyard was nice with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Wi-Fi worked well. I was able to connect all devices with good speed. Close access to lakes and trails.”

“The place was amazing, just enough room, nestled next to a lake. The area was so quiet and peaceful, the kids didnt know rather to stay inside in the a/c or to go play outside. We went to the pool, it was about 1 1/2 miles to the pool but it was worth it. Only thing i would suggest is for the owners to let people know where the lake access for the house is, i didn't know until the last night from a neighbor. It would be amazing if a fire pit was next to the lake access... be able to sit next to……

When we called customer service for clarification the information they supplied were not very clear either.”
