“The property was great. Lots of places to hike and explore. The lake was beautiful with crystal clear water. The bottom was sandy but due to the Lilly pads and weeds if you wanted to swim you need to get in at the end of the dock. Fishing was good with a lot of nice bass and a few northern pike 20-30 inches. There were 2 canoes 2 kayaks and a rowboat along with life vests. But be aware you may need to share because there are 2 other places to rent on the property. The Ranger house was well……

“This property was cozy and quaint and perfect for our needs to visit with family. It was perfectly pet friendly for our dog. The only setback was that the jacuzzi filter was not clean and some work had to go into cleaning it in order to use the jacuzzi. All in all we had a wonderful time at this quaint and cozy cottage.”

“This house was great for our girls weekend! A lot of bunk beds, but we did our best to make it work. Some of our group are older women and it was not safe for them to adventure to a top metal bunk bed, but we were aware of that when we booked. Not a negative, just something to consider. The lake is very "mushy" and not really swim worthy, but a nice view! The indoor pool is AMAZING! The host is wonderful, very responsive and understanding. “We enjoyed the house, it was roomy and pretty clean. I would suggest that housekeeping uses unscented soaps and dryer sheets when washing sheets & towels. I am highly sensitive to scents and had a hard time however I brought my own sheets and even though I used my own sheets the scent was still there probably from the mattress cover. The towels were just as bad. Also, the listing should state no swimming at the property. I would not have known that if I hadn’t sent a text to the owner regarding……
