“设备老旧，跟前台说了也没人修理。门锁扣坏的，浴缸不给塞子，酒店不打招呼，不给打扫。前台态度差。比Expedia预定，多住了1天，没给发票。后来通过Wxpedia联系补要发票。 打了3次电话，通话时间合计大约50多分钟，居然没解决。酒店居然不承认我多住的1天。 顺便吐槽下Expedia这帮售后接线员，为何不能理解我的意思？为何这么点小事情，打了3通电话，每次的记录内容五花八门。你们的汉语要努力学习啊。”

“It was a nice hotel and staff was friendly but the breakfast wasn't good at all that would be a 1 star. We got donuts for the next day. Lots of people look at that as important because it saves time in the early hours and saves a little money and these days every dollar matters. Overall it's a nice place but I can't say it's a 5 star ”
