“We were sad that we only stayed here one night! When we arrived, we were cabin number one in the main lodge and there’s only two cabins in the main lodge, but they have a shared living area with a gas fireplace and a seating area. We got to enjoy that in addition to our room. The amenities are so wonderful here. The bathroom is adorable and the water got nice and hot, which was great because we went apparently the coldest weekend of the year lol my husband and I slept on the super comfortable……

“This place has everything we are looking for in a quiet Colorado vacation in August. During the day we hiked the trails, explored nearby towns, watched the wildlife (deer, pronghorn, birds). In the evenings we either ate in town or cooked in the well equipped kitchen. The night skies are so dark that we could even see the Milky Way. We plan be back again next year.”

“Very nice and quiet area, the place was clean and organized, we had no issues staying here for three nights. Only downfall would be that local places close early and you will have to drive at least 20 minutes to the next closest store/restaurant. This was no issue for us but might be for others. Will stay here again! ”

“This place was fantastic! The owners went above and beyond to accomadate my family. They even bought us lunch because they were doing some renovations to their property and needed to work on our room. I ran a 100 mile race and finished it and the Owners bought us pizza as well. They have a beautiful mountain property with a lake and horses, volleyball and basketball and pool. Just an incredible stay and we will be back for sure! ”
