“We went to Florida for a family wedding. My 4 adult sons and 2 dogs. The house was spacious, immaculate and very well equipped. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs and perfect for relaxing and hanging out with cousins. I would definitely stay here next time we visit Florida.”

“My family and friends stayed during our trip to NSB for a family members wedding. JoAnn was an amazing host. We had a little hiccup the first night as we arrived later in the evening, everyone staying got there at different times so we didn’t notice until about 10pm that the heat was not working. Joann was quick to respond and do what she could to help us. By morning all was resolved. Highly recommend and this is a lovely place to stay. “The place was very clean, decorated like a nice hotel. It is well water so there's a slight smell to the water, but nothing bad. Suggest bringing drinking water. Note: The piano is non-functional (big disappointment to us as we book for the pianos). No grill either, just note that. No TV's in rooms. Each room has it's own bathroom. Overall very nice place.”

“My property wasn’t available when I arrived and it was during speedweeks in Daytona. There was nothing available anywhere. We had to drive 1300 miles back home. I was refunded the money but lost a 10 day vacation!”
