“The house is located within easy walking distance to several beaches, restaurants, and Destin Commons. It is a great small house that was clean and had everything to enjoy both our time there and at the beach. The host was very easy to work with and even approved us extending our stay on short notice. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the person staying at the main house was very private and we felt comfortable chilling in the pool. ”

“This property was adorable and very accommodating. It was perfect for my fiancé and I but is able to host more than two people. Very private and the grocery store is in walking distance! We had no issues getting to the public beaches and local restaurants. The host communicated with us effortlessly. This place is worth the stay! Just book it! If we come back to ft Walton I know where we will be staying. 😊”

“We had 7 people- 6 adults and a 2 year old. The place was quiet and walking distance to the beach but also close enough to get to the action of Destin if needed. We rented bikes which I highly recommend. Susan was very helpful and quick to respond to needs of our group. The place was definitely kid friendly with tons of games, pack and play, crib and beach toys. Beds were comfortable and the space is bigger than pictured. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Mermaid Cottage, is a beautiful house and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home is located right across from the beach which made the walk over super easy. “Great property. All was great expect the golf cart condition. There had been a previous rain and the golf cart seats was soaked to the cushions. This was to the point where our pants, shorts, dress was soaked on her butts daily. Uncomfortable and very aggravating. The management company was notified and made aware. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (family of 6). The home was very clean ( which is major for me)—was actually one of the cleanest properties that I have ever rented. “Jessica touched base with me before it was even time for our trip. She asked what we were coming to town for and told me to let her know if we needed anything. “We loved staying at Sea Blessings! It was perfect for 4 adults and our 2 teenagers. Very clean and was ready for us to check in right away. Walking to the beach was fast and easy. They drain and clean the pools on Sundays which is a slight inconvenience if you are stay through Monday and looking to spend time in the pool and the pool opens back up at 12pm. We Went to the hot tub around 6 pm and the jets were blowing cold water the pool was the same temp if not slightly warmer than the hot tub. The front desk told us it takes a while to heat up.
