It is a great small house that was clean and had everything to enjoy both our time there and at the beach. The host was very easy to work with and even approved us extending our stay on short notice. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the person staying at the main house was very private and we felt comfortable chilling in the pool. ”

“We had a wonderful time here. The property was beautiful and the pool wasn’t overcrowded. The beach access was a very short walk and the beach service for chairs was great. Whitest, cleanest, softest sand we’ve ever seen. The house was perfect for us and had all the amenities as described. The owner was extremely responsive and respectful. Would definitely come back hand stay here. ”

“We had 7 people- 6 adults and a 2 year old. The place was quiet and walking distance to the beach but also close enough to get to the action of Destin if needed. We rented bikes which I highly recommend. Susan was very helpful and quick to respond to needs of our group. The place was definitely kid friendly with tons of games, pack and play, crib and beach toys. Beds were comfortable and the space is bigger than pictured. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (family of 6). The home was very clean ( which is major for me)—was actually one of the cleanest properties that I have ever rented. The home is very well stocked with items that you may need for cooking, beach day, fishing, etc. The home is in a great location and getting to the pool, beach, Baytowne Wharf, etc was very easy and only took a few minutes. The golf cart was a great addition. We did not have to drive our car much because we could do so much with the……

“The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.”
