“Ms. Josephine at the front desk on Friday evening was excellent... She explained everything that was offered in the hotel and around the area... We are from the area, so we were familiar, but she still took the time... She was very helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay, even though we were there for a family funeral... “Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean, odor-free, and very spacious. The staff was attentive and quickly provided me with a new key after I accidentally locked mine in the room. The parking lot was well lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. “First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……
