“Perfect weekend! Clean! A couple doors down from where we rented a pontoon. Beautiful dock with 2 sets of stairs leading to the water. Had our coffee on the dock while on the loungers and comfortable chairs and tables. Deck, outdoor tables and chairs and gas grill with grilling tools ready to use. Very thoughtful amenities: beach towels, speaker for the boat, washer and dryer, a large backyard with bags, hammock, kayak with life jacket (though we didn’t try them), oversized……

“Everything we needed was in the house. We had no problem cooking for 8 people. We used the kayaks and life jackets. The 3 year old was beyond belief when he say the fire flys because he had only read about them in books. We had less than a 20 minute drive to visit the rest of the family who was camped out at Custer State Park. Definitely will visit again. ”

Not to mention the lakeview, deck, beach area and firepit with an ample amount of firewood! The hosts were extremely kind and responsive if we had any questions. “We had an excellent week! Was not expecting the cottage to be so big! There was plenty of space for everyone! It was very clean! The kitchen was very well stocked with all utensils and appliances you could possibly need! And it was amazing to have AC and a washer/dryer! Outside, we loved the shade tree in the yard! It was 90 degrees plus the week we stayed so it was very needed! I saw other reviews that had some negatives about geese, but we didn’t experience that at all. We would highly……

“Perfect space for a relaxing get away. Kids were able to fish in the morning (catch and release). Very peaceful and clean. Had everything you could need for a fun stay right on the water. Lots of stairs but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the space and dock. ”

“Great stay. I love that you have to be in the fenced in area before you go inside the home. This way if your dogs slip outside they are in the fenced in area and can’t run off. Love that there is everything you need plus you are only 15 minutes away from Grand Rapids. Thank you for having toys for the dogs as well, nice touch! ”
