“Good accommodation, but the surrounding environment just so-so”

“The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented……

“The hotel was great, staff was friendly would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Tampa for some reason, but Tampa is overpriced and mediocre. Which is unfortunate. All of our interactions with people were great, but the taste of food and drinks was subpar almost everywhere we went. We would have had a much better time if we’d just stayed and eaten at the hotel the entire weekend.”

“Very nice breakfast and friendly staff . The shower had very low pressure and the shower knob fell off and also half way thru starting making a terrible sound like a freight train. The temperature in the room was also very hard to regulate. Very close to the airport so very convenient. For the cost it was worth it but definitely not the best shower experience. ”

“The room is large, the bed is comfortable and clean. The disadvantage is that the noise of the plane flying over is very loud.”
