“We booked one night and the following day to relax at the end of our trip, which Susan was extremely gracious in accommodating. The guest house is spotless and so cozy with so many thoughtful touches. We felt so at home. Susan was very responsive throughout the whole process and is such a kind and generous host! “We enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and clean. Our host Lorne was super helpful and asked multiple times if we needed anything and if everything was OK.I would definitely come back. ”

“Property is as listed, the backyard made it really hard to leave the place Super nice area, we fell in love with the little town of Cave Creek. Bed is very comfortable, room was clean and Lorne was always available if we needed anything, which we didn’t, but he is a nice guy. He does live on property, but we knew that from previous reviews. Didn’t bother us at all. Would absolutely stay here again! ”

“It was wonderful to be away from the hectic city in a quiet neighborhood setting.”

“Didn’t spend much time at the house but it was very comfortable and clean. Located just 3 miles from our friends in Cave Creek. ”

“We were very happy with this rental. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside as well as walking and hiking from the unit.Love watching the quail and rabbits running around. Had a few questions and our host response was very timely. We would consider this unit in the future!”

“We stayed here for a couple of months while getting treatment at nearby Mayo Clinic (20 min.). It was a perfect location; rural, yet close to everything. By choice, the community has dirt roads, which meant low/slow traffic.... Perfect for daily walks among the eclectic homes and horse stables. Shared an apple every evening with the horse across the lane. The Casita had everything we needed....or else it was quickly provided upon request. Owner/Manager was super responsive to anything needing……

"Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel."
