“The house was well kept, clean and well equipped kitchen. The pool man came on our first day there and put the pool sweeper in and left it there for the remainder of our stay, thought that was a bit strange. Had to swim around the sweeper all week. A little far north of phoenix. Did a good deal of driving to get to attractions we went to. Overall nice quiet place ”

“Beautiful home and location, can't complement it enough. Spacious, well furnished rooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Home was better equipped than most with cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. Made lemonade often with the fresh citrus in the backyard! Elizabeth was a great host, very responsive. Location walking distance from the Peoria's Rio Vista Rec Center, restaurants, and hiking at the Thunderbird Conservation Park. Will be back!”

“My family of 7 sayed for 8 nights and had plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the pool both day and night. We were close to everywhere from Scottsdale to downtown Phoenix, even made a trip to Sedona. The only issues we had were minor; the Roku remote in the living room didn't work but we just used the one from the bedroom, the ice machine didn't work due to a clump of frozen ice stuck in the chute. Once fixed, it seemed that it was broken so we just shut if off. We would definitely stay here……

“The house was just perfect. The property is close to everything that you need such as grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. We were there for a specific event so didn't get to do much touring but would definitely stay there again when back in the area! The property was clean and it was so nice to move into a place that had all of the necessities (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper, a few coffee pods, a few coffee filters, etc.) until such time we got to shop. Loved that the linen was……
