“Very nice, quiet gated community with friendly neighbors. Nice place to walk my small dog several times a day since the August temperatures were wonderful. Great place to get away from the Valley heat. Very comfortable house with lots of adult and child "toys" like canoes, bikes, a hot tub. Landscaping and outdoor seating areas could have used some clean up but a few thunderstorms delayed that process. Owner was very responsive to any questions and fixes, which were few.
