“It is not the fault of the management company, but future customers should know this unit gets extremely hot if the outdoor temps are over 50. There is no A/C, which is listed, but be aware that you may be opening windows and running box fans even in the winter/early spring if temps are mild. I have stayed at several properties managed by this same company, and out of all of them, this one is in the most need of a little TLC maintenance. I'm not the kind of renter to let little blemishes, or……

“I fully recommend this property. One thing that we really like is that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The size of the rooms are good. Everything was nice and clean. The lite une had everything you need I really like the location. It was very close to a lot of resorts or other activities. It was a total of 5 adults and 3 kids. Kids had the chance to place outside in the snow. I love they have an indoor garage. We will definitely stay in that property the next time we travel to Colorado. ”
