“The manager, Tony, was friendly and helpful. Honestly, I was not expecting much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. It was bright and smelled fresh, with a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom was average and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! I was not expecting that, I would love to have that bed and those pillows in my own house! ”

“I received a call from the front desk at 2 a m. responding to complaint about the dog in my room. I have no dog and did not have one in my room ”

“Beds where very comfortable pillows are nice. They cleaned our room up. I thank your maid Service for that ,everyone at your front is very friendly. That’s why we love staying at this hotel every time we come to to see Twins or a concert just easy to get to the venues plus the shopping”

“I had very kind and accommodating staff at check in, love the updated rooms and bathrooms. Nice to have an almost full kitchen. Comfortable place to stay, best to have a car. ”

“This is a quiet and charming area. Easy access to places of interest. The Chanhassen dinner theater is only a 5-minute drive. ”
