“I enjoy staying here when I come into town. It’s quiet and clean. Normally, I don’t have complaints but the staff member at the desk when I went to drop off my key card was very cold and did not make eye contact with me. I guess I expected a little more attentiveness from that hospitality staff member. The key cards she was organizing was obviously more important than a customer checking out. It won’t determine my overall experience but it definitely stood out. ”

“We loved our stay and the kids had a great time! Very nice place and very friendly staff! One thing did happen, though, my little girls got a very bad reaction to what I believe was your chlorine being too strong. We also have a pool in our yard and that’s never happened before so you might want to check that! Otherwise, we will be back soon. Thank - you!”
