“My family stayed at this property for 6 nights and had a great time. The house is better than advertised and the location is terrific. You are in walking distance to Baxter Marina, beaches and the lake. The pool, pickleball courts and other property amenities are just an added bonus. The owners, Carolyn and Charles were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back again! ”

“The house was amazing! Everything was just as listed: the pool, the pickleball court, the big bedrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, the theater room, and the rec room. It’s close to Branson attractions, but secluded off the road among trees. Host is very responsive and helpful to all questions. ”

“Room was clean & comfortable. All as advertised. Included breakfast was better than average. We had a hot bar with scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits & gravy, as well as make-your-own waffles. Cold cereals, yogurt, juices & coffee. We didn't use the pool, so no comment on that.”
