“Maria is a super responsive and empathetic host. She was very accommodating. Now to the home, its in a beautiful calm setting and has wonderful views. Its a true home away from home. Home setting is super relaxing. Take care of the home so we can keep renting. ”

“The place was nice. It was a little dated, the furniture and accessories, but okay. It could use a thorough cleaning, and modest upgrade, but it's still okay. Some of the electronics didn't work, i.e. hair dryer, bedroom lamp, keurig coffee maker. We left a day early when a storm hit the area. Not the best lodging we ever rented, and not the worst either. I did not like making the initial reservation with Expedia, then having it turned over to VRBO. Not a fan of VRBO.”

“This place was perfect for a 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved location. Just walk out backdoor to the pool or down to the beach just like 50 steps away. ONLY complaint is that the place needs updated and some things were falling apart such as upstairs sliding glass door needed handle to be fixed. Little things like that. But the location was great easy to get into. The condominium group was nice. perfect stay end of April beginning May. Beach was perfect. Perfect weather not a lot of people hardly any……

“We had a great stay at I-4 Ocean Mile! Wonderful beach front location with easy beach access. Condo was clean & well stocked. Can’t beat the views! Cell service is very spotty & had issues with wifi for part of the trip (it did appear to be the whole building). Management was very responsive to issues. Beach gear was very convenient. Parking space is very tight especially if you have a truck or large SUV just fyi. It is a split level so several flights of stairs if you have littles. Would stay……

“We wanted a place close to where we are moving and discovered this gem. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. The hosts thought of everything. Michele and Jeremy are super. Our days were busy with errands for our new home but we spent our evenings relaxing with the sounds of the gulf in this beautiful place. We even saw dolphins one morning. Cannot recommend the condo or the hosts enough. Thanks Michele and Jeremy for a wonderful stay!”

“Our stay at Bluewater Breeze was very enjoyable. The central location allowed us to easily visit St George Isl., Cape San Blas and Apalachicola. We especially enjoyed walking on McKissack Beach, just 1.3 miles from the condo. The condo itself was immaculately clean and well furnished in all respects. The hosts were very informative as to directions and highlights of the area, as well as the three flights of stairs, common to many beach properties. There were no surprises. We highly recommend……

“My husband, our three kids, my mother, and I all stayed at G-3 and had the best time! We have stayed in a few other places at ocean mile but this has by far been our favorite. When I took our younger ones in for a nap, I was able to watch my son and husband play on the beach from our bedroom. Will definitely stay here again!!!”
