“The property was clean and tidy. I was surprised at the lack of neatness in the cabinets and linen closet, though. it was hard to find anything. It was as if the outside looked great, but behind the cabinets....I mention this only to make the owner aware.We enjoyed our stay, though, and will be back! “This was our second time staying here, and we will probably be back next year. The condo is comfortable, and the location is convenient for launching and docking a boat. The only caution I have - the dock did not have power or water available for our stay - it is rigged for both, but under repair (presumably due to the last hurricane).”

“This was our first trip and won't be our last. We loved how uncommercialized it was. Our condo was on the beach with easy access and great views. The condo was clean and updated! The beds were super comfortable. The beach was as never crowded and while not quiet as pretty as Destin - I would choose it because we of the relaxed layout back vibe! ”

“We wanted a place close to where we are moving and discovered this gem. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. The hosts thought of everything. Michele and Jeremy are super. Our days were busy with errands for our new home but we spent our evenings relaxing with the sounds of the gulf in this beautiful place. We even saw dolphins one morning. Cannot recommend the condo or the hosts enough. Thanks Michele and Jeremy for a wonderful stay!”

“My husband, our three kids, my mother, and I all stayed at G-3 and had the best time! We have stayed in a few other places at ocean mile but this has by far been our favorite. When I took our younger ones in for a nap, I was able to watch my son and husband play on the beach from our bedroom. Will definitely stay here again!!!”

“We loved our stay here! Pictures and descriptions are accurate. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy. The enclosed patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee and sun downers. Convenient location - 5 minutes to piers on 98 for fishing, 10 minutes to Carrabelle and 40 +/- minutes to Apalachicola & St. George Island. We've booked many places through VRBO & Airbnb. Marlinda's place ranks as one of our favorites. We'll definitely be back.”

“We had a great stay at I-4 Ocean Mile! Wonderful beach front location with easy beach access. Condo was clean & well stocked. Can’t beat the views! Cell service is very spotty & had issues with wifi for part of the trip (it did appear to be the whole building). Management was very responsive to issues. Beach gear was very convenient. Parking space is very tight especially if you have a truck or large SUV just fyi. It is a split level so several flights of stairs if you have littles. Would stay……
