“We rented both sides for our family. We all had enough room. The place was very nice and clean. The owners and property management were all very nice and super helpful. The place is on a busy street but we knew that when we booked. There were a few people who were coming to the pontoon cruises who were a little confused and came to our door instead, no biggie. Will definitely come back.”

“The internet was not an accurate userid account. Make sure their internet is up and running before you go. This isn’t a resort any longer and not affiliated with the super club and pool located on site. The actual listing may no longer be up to date. It’s in a great location and beautiful setting. The actual condo is nicely appointed with two large bathrooms along with a huge laundry room.”

“Everything was exactly as described in Description.Nice bar lodging 1/2 city block, walking distance .Offered Coffee, tea,hot chocolate, rolls ,muffins and alcohol beverages .Female Managers very helpful and informative . My most negative review was our condo number 251 had so much iron in water .Smelly and could not drink it .Coffee not drinkable . Added flavored packets to water and still unpleasant. Need a filtration on kitchen faucet or provide case of water for renters .”

“We have stayed at many properties over the years and several in the same area before and after this stay. This however was the first time we ever stayed at home managed by Hiller Vacation Homes, and I will try to make that my last! After a long drive up we get to the house and unload its late by now like midnight and boy we would all like to shower. Oh wait not a single towel in the entire house? So here we are in Hillers words a beautiful executive condo....with not one towel! No towels sir due……

“The condo needs a FULL update. The tubs, sinks, toilets, carpet, were gross. Decorations were creepy, personal pictures, the 70's furniture which was on their last leg . The water smelled like rust and couldnt use it..used lots of bottled water.The only nice item was the fireplace. ”

“As soon as we walked in and saw the view of the lake through the back windows we sighed and felt relaxed. We usually stay in Eagle River but decided to change things up and stayed in St Germain. This home is in such a serene location. Great place to kayak or hop on a wave runner or go fishing. The complex is quiet and neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook at home. Great coffee shops grocery store and of course ice cream shop just a few minutes……
