“This cottage is HUGE with plenty of room for large families that want to make priceless memories in the north woods during a Wisconsin summer. Great balance of nostalgia with AMAZING amenities such as; WiFi, cable tv, smart AC and keyless lock access. Caught a bunch of perch, pumpkinseed and rock bass fish off the docks. “Very nice cabin on Eagle River. It is small but was perfect for our family of four. It did get a little crowded when my parents came for a few days. Very clean and charming space! “This property served as a fantastic base camp for our annual trip to the north woods. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. On the first night, we noticed the exterior lights were not working. I contacted the host, and he had them repaired by the next day. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. “The home is in a beautiful setting and fit all of our needs for a few days of ice fishing and relaxation. 5 stars in this category. The water on the other hand was not so great. I understand it's in iron country but it was pretty gross both stained and smelly. We could not drink the tap water, didn't feel clean after a shower, and bought gallons of water from town to drink and cook with. I suggest the owner do better at maintaining the filtration system or install a more robust one that can……
