“Had a very nice and comfortable stay. Roomy condo, extra clean with great communication from host. It is centrally located to most attractions in and around DC as long as you have a car or make use of bus or metro.Nice backyard porch although the view from it could use some TLC. I would rent this vrbo again.”

“My kids and I fell in love with Riverview Retreat. I wanted a place to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter as she's in Baltimore for the next two years (we're in TX). “The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. “This tiny house is tastefully furnished and, coupled with the quiet neighborhood, provides a relaxing, peaceful environment.”

“I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms.
