We were vacationing and exploring DC - very convenient to the Metro and it was great having a “home” to come back to in the evening instead of a hotel room. Craig was responsive but gave us our space. We would recommend staying if you are looking for something in the area. You won’t be disappointed. As a bonus, the dogs were very friendly and made us laugh.”

“Trip from Denver to see our son at the academy. Place was all that was advertised - clean, well appointed, comfortable, nice neighborhood. Its not far from the academy in terms of miles but you have to travel a lot of backroads to get there. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. ”

“Amazing house! perfect for my family and our stay in Annapolis. Perfect location to everything. We had all of the amenities we needed and everything was easy to use. If I had one thing negative to say, I wish I could have had my dogs with us, I would have gladly paid a cleaning fee to have them there. Luckily I was able to make other arrangements. Thank you for sharing your house with my family!”

“My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend. The only negative was the lot parking spot was a little tricky but the on street parking is a good alternative. There were a couple spots the paint needs to be……

“Riva Waterfront “The Cottage” was a perfect place to have our girls getaway to celebrate birthdays. We enjoyed kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub and just relaxing inside and outside. Its location was convenient to go to a winery and downtown Annapolis. The owner and her team were quick to respond when I needed assistance with check-in. I would recommend staying at this lovely property. ”
