“Great stay! The cottage was adorable, modern, and very clean and comfortable. It was more spacious than I imagined and is located in the heart of Arlington. It sits on one of the most quiet streets in the neighborhood, despite being walking distance to Clarendon/Ballston restaurants and multiple metro stops. “This interestingly titled listing is certainly an affordable home option (surprised to see it on Hotels.com - property is maintained by Evolve and it is nowhere mentioned in the listing), conveniently located in the city. However, it is not recommended and not suitable for business trips. I stayed here with two colleagues during a recent business trip. “Our college grandson lived nearby and this was very convenient for him and us to see each other for meals and sightseeing tours. We walked to some tours and took Ubers for other sightseeing tours that were too far for us to walk. We felt very comfortably walking around.”

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
