“Very clean and cozy. The outside temps were never warmer than 25 F but the inside was always warm and comfy. We could stream on the wifi, and we also had cell service. The owner was responsive to any questions. GPS took us right where we needed to be, and it was dark.”

“Nice place. We stayed in late March so it did get cold at night. We had a space heater but we did not leave it on overnight. The bedroom was smaller in person. The shower and bathroom were very nice. The locaction was a great base to exploring New River and Babcock state park. ”
