“the property was nice. The room was beautiful. The only problem I had was the mosquitoes that kept biting me at night.”

“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……

“We absolutely loved our stay at The sanctuary. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was perfect with traditional style wood throughout. The breakfast was so good, a great choice and good coffee with lots to choose from. The pool was a lovely place to cool off after a hot day sight seeing and I can recommend a visit to their spa for a massage and facial . Lastly the staff are so tentative, kind and more than happy to help with anything you require. We booked for 5 nights and could have……
