“No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included.……

“ l’accueil, toujours dispo, serviable, système de plage horaire a réserver pour le sauna et le jacuzzi - top petit-déjeuner buffet avec jus d’orange pressé… propreté - - - pas chaud dans les chambres (et température limitée), divan lit pour le 2eme lit de la chambre Sauna sans huiles essentielles et jacuzzi : installations assez vétustes ”

“Excellent séjour! Accueil au top, convivial et chaleureux ! Marine est adorable ! On se sent comme à la maison. Plusieurs espaces de détente cocooning. Chambre décorée avec soin, propreté impeccable. Jacuzzi avec vue sur le massif du mont blanc et sauna disponibles tout le temps. Un petit déjeuner complet préparé avec soin. Produits locaux et belle découverte gustative. Je recommande à 100%.”

“Bien accueilli, nous ne savions pas qu’il y avait la restauration sur ce place, mais après notre passage prêt des cuisines nous avons envie de revenir et de profiter aussi de cette proposition ”

“Goed hotel, mooie kamer, goed beddengoed, goede douche. Koffie/thee op kamer. Gezellig en goed restaurant. Ruime parking bij hotel. Wel opletten: receptie in namiddag pas open vanaf 17u.”
