“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”

“因為飛機延誤一天，立即訂了這間酒店，之前住過覺得房間很好酒店很有特色，酒店設計很特別，全開放式，很有空間感。
航班延誤令我的行程很疲累，幸好這一天入住了這間酒店，也給了我一個小驚喜，upgrade了我的房間，實在太感動了，可以在大風雪中在酒店啦享受一下，房間實在太舒適了！
酒店的服務也非常好，我查詢有沒有可以溜冰的地方，他們給了我很好的資料。
唯一有一點失望的就是早餐沒之前的水準。”

“Great location! Gorgeous, spacious loft with all of the amenities. Washer and dryer was on the same floor as unit ( very convenient), but bring your own pods. We were in the renovated loft in a separate building. Just be advised if you are in a seperate building and have mobility issues
( there is no elevator). The main building has an elevator, gorgeous lobby and rooftop terrace! Highly recommend this hotel. ”
