“We had a wonderful time visiting Ricketts Glen and World End State Parks, only 20 mins away. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean!! Quiet setting in the mountains. The new charcoal grill was an excellent addition. We also enjoyed the mamma and baby deer that visited every day. Plenty of outdoor space to play yard games we brought with us. Will definitely stay again! ”

“Great clean cabin in the woods. We are very familiar with the area we had a cabin 20 minutes away from this one for many years but sold a few years back. This cabin is very peaceful. Was snowing when we arrived it was picture perfect scenery!!!!! Had a campfire outside. Was created with a bottle of wine and warm cabin…. There is no signal here which I loved (teenage son not so much lol…). Satellite TV worked great. All in all a great very clean and comfortable spot to get away up in the……

“Ben was a very accommodating host. He met us on sight at check-in, showed us around the property and gave us his phone number in the event we needed to contact him for anything. There is a great bar-b-q area and hang out area right outside the front door. The house is in the middle of nowhere, great for rest and relaxation.”

“The layout of the house is a little funky. You get to the downstairs and two of the bedrooms by going through the garage but wow…the downstairs is special! We had as many as nine people, including three children and there was ample space for everyone. We could really spread out. We were there for a month and it was a wonderful stay.”

We loved cooking in the Kitchen with the fire going in the huge fireplace in the Family room. We even had snow so the kids could enjoy some sledding! ”
