We loved cooking in the Kitchen with the fire going in the huge fireplace in the Family room. We even had snow so the kids could enjoy some sledding! ”

The house is large enough to fit many family members with comfortable and beautiful communal areas to get together. We loved sitting on the porch together overlooking the lake and being a quick walk from the beach. ”

“I love this property, it is one of my favorite places to go to and unwind. I have stayed here 3 times and have always been very happy and each time I did not want to leave. I have also stayed at thier other property as well in the past a few times and love that place as well. ”

“We very much enjoyed this cabin. They have every amenity you could want or need. It was such a peaceful setting right by the creek and we enjoyed using the back deck. Beds were comfortable and it was a plus having two bathrooms. Location is convenient for getting into town. The only downside is that we had mice visit us nightly on the kitchen counters and in the family room. Hopefully this will be remedied. All in all we were extremely satisfied with our stay at the cabin.”

“This was our second time staying at this home, and the first time bringing my young children (11 and 8). We absolutely love the property, the home is stunning and it sits on such a beautiful piece of land. The home was exceptionally clean and my son loved that there was a piano there where he could play his music. The new fire pit is absolutely amazing, we lit fires each night even though it got pretty cold outside. It’s the only home to rent if you want to stay in this part of Sullivan County.……

“Great clean cabin in the woods. We are very familiar with the area we had a cabin 20 minutes away from this one for many years but sold a few years back. This cabin is very peaceful. Was snowing when we arrived it was picture perfect scenery!!!!! Had a campfire outside. Was created with a bottle of wine and warm cabin…. There is no signal here which I loved (teenage son not so much lol…). Satellite TV worked great. All in all a great very clean and comfortable spot to get away up in the……

“This house is roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the area. There were six of us. Location is good for visiting World's End State Park and local hiking. We chose not to purchase a temporary membership in Eagles Mere Association. (For our weekend stay, the Association quoted us a $70 fee in order to use facilities. Since we were attending a family reunion in the area we didn't feel we would have time to use the facilities enough to make it worthwhile.) The house had games,……

“This 4 bedroom apartment is roomy and well-appointed. The screened in porch was a welcoming place to drink your first cup of coffee.”

“Our stay at this cozy cabin was wonderful from the start. David the owner was communicative in outlining how to open the cabin and checking to make sure if our party of five needed anything. The location is very convenient for hiking and sightseeing and quite peaceful. We enjoyed a day out and were happy to return to enjoy the warmth of the wood stove . After dinner we adjourned to play a few of the table games in the basement. The cabin is well appointed with everything you need and tastefully……

“The Good: Ample room for 5+ adults Hot water was extremely hot The Bad: No hot tub as advertised. Dishwasher was broken. Discovered note inside when we went to use it. Microwave carousel not working Rodent infestation - mice droppings everywhere. Broken handle for shower Overpriced for what you're getting. Furniture was rundown. Landline didn't work.”
