“What a fantastic hotel with Top class service from the reception desk to the dining room. Highly Recommend. The staff go the extra mile and all appear to be happy working which is some achievement. “Great space! Loved the bed, nice and firm, and the bathroom was roomy - great shower! Total bonus to have washer/dryer (one combo machine) in the unit though it seemed to take a long time to finish and still had to set our clothes out overnight to dry. But what a perk to pack up and go with fresh clean clothes! Very walkable area and super close to Queen Street Station! Right on main pedestrian thoroughfare. Not much for shopping but lots of restaurants. ”

“The front of the hotel is appealing and safely hidden from the main street. The complimentary traditional Scottish breakfast was good. The only real problem was the bed- which was basically a long high mound in the middle, slipping down to shallow valleys on either side, like a topographical map. Shops and food are a short walk away. The nearest subway stations are about a 5-8 minute walk.”

“Yotel Hotel酒店房間內基本照明不足；且沒有提供如拖鞋、飲用瓶裝水、電熱水器、牙刷、飲用品、行李架等的基本用品或設施。是次入住的房間坐廁水掣存有故障，淋浴室花洒水壓不足。個人覺得以一間“酒店”而非“青年旅舍”標準作為收費的房間，酒店方不應及不能借環保為由而去剝削或削減客人付費應享的服務、設備、日用品及客房清潔服務等，而實則是為減省自身營運成本及增加利潤。酒店位置不錯，便於出行、餐飲及購物。”
