“Rented the property for a group of 12 for reunion/birthday celebration. Grounds were beautiful. We have plenty of room and even two empty bedrooms too early to use pool, but grounds had bocce and plenty of outdoor lounge space. Very well, equipped kitchen.Roughly 45 minute drive to our chosen wine tastings, which was easy to get to also in proximity to Armstrong redwoods. House was perfect for private chef,Aaron LeRoi, who used our facilities to cook an excellent meal. I would recommend for any……

“Very thoughtfully stocked, detailed instructions, convenient location, responsive communication. Only issue was navigating the parking spot on a hill. Otherwise, a comfortable and convenient stay.”

“Perfect place to stay for close proximity to everything Napa Valley. Walking distance to downtown St Helena. Very comfortable accommodations. Well appointed and very functional kitchen. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon. ”

“The property is beautiful and comfortable inside and out. The kitchen is modern and the beds are very comfortable. The guest guide is very helpful and well written/unambiguous. The host is very available and communicative. I had a little bit of trouble on arrival because I didn't realize there were 2 lock boxes on the shelf brackets, one on each end of the shelf. I saw one, beelined for it, and kept attempting to open it with the code meant for the other. Luckily, Vince replied to my text……

“Our first trip to Sonoma County and we couldn’t have found a better location. The area was so beautiful and diversified with quaint towns surrounding it on the ocean, in the vineyard areas ,in the Redwood Forests , and on the Russian River. Fabulous place to stay.”

“If you plan to have your own vehicle to explore the region you have to stay here. The town is a short, beautiful little walk to amazing family owned restaurants and amazing food. The cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood on a scenic creek. The place was new, clean and more than accommodating for 2 people. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here.”

“This place is so cool. On a working winery with beautiful views of the vineyards and mountains. The house is big and modern. Great kitchen. Many bedrooms. And shockingly close to Healdsburg. Truly a special wine country stay, could not recommend it more.”

“The property was as advertised with ample space for all guests. There was supposed to be a twin bed in the king bed room but otherwise, we had the beds needed/expected. There was a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms (water leaking to ceiling below) that needs to be addressed. All else was good.”

“The house is amazing - super clean and well stocked. Threw adults were very comfortable and 3 couples would be as well. Centrally located to shops and restaurants and wineries. The backyard is breathtaking. Our only criticism would be to have more comfortable seating outside so you can really enjoy the yard - the wooden chairs aren’t very comfy. A patio heater would be nice too as it was a bit chilly during our stay. But honestly this place is perfect and we will 100% recommend and would also……

“I planned a 70th birthday daughters trip for my mom and this was a perfect location and great house. There was plenty of space for everyone and our two pups. It rained the entire time we were in town and so it was especially nice to have enough space for everyone to hang out since we didn't do much outside. It's close to a lot of wineries in Sonoma and Napa, stores, great restaurants and some cute local coffee shops. I wish we could have enjoyed more time outside since it too was very spacious……
