“Cute cottage. The outdoor chairs in front were very old and worn out. The furniture by the hot tub was dirty from being under the trees but we used one of the sheets and it was fine. was dirty”

“Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county.”

“The property is beautiful and comfortable inside and out. The kitchen is modern and the beds are very comfortable. The guest guide is very helpful and well written/unambiguous. The host is very available and communicative. I had a little bit of trouble on arrival because I didn't realize there were 2 lock boxes on the shelf brackets, one on each end of the shelf. I saw one, beelined for it, and kept attempting to open it with the code meant for the other. Luckily, Vince replied to my text……

The amenities and cozy feel to the home added to the fun times immensely. Fully equipped with a grown persons jacuzzi, meaning a group of women fir nicely. The pool so beautiful and the perfect temperature for a swim in the copd weather. From the ping pong table to the large kitchen table, party central and good……

“The bungalow in Sonoma was the perfect place to stay to celebrate or 20th anniversary. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Great view of the creek from the deck. Close to restaurants and wineries. The amenities in the house, particularly the Franklin, stove were perfect for a spring trip. ”

“Great stay from start to finish. We booked this for a trip with friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Communication with Tom was great. Was able to checkin a little early and allowed us to have ballons delivered before our arrival for a surpise for my husband. Plenty of space for 11 adults. Overall a great time.”

“My family and I stayed for two nights and it was perfect. There is a ton of room to lounge, the deck and views are incredible, and we never felt overcrowded (6 of us plus a dog). You’re walking distance to town, though the road is bust with no sidewalk so we mostly drove and it’s literally two minutes to town by car. Sitting on the deck watching the birds was so peaceful.”

“Our first trip to Sonoma County and we couldn’t have found a better location. The area was so beautiful and diversified with quaint towns surrounding it on the ocean, in the vineyard areas ,in the Redwood Forests , and on the Russian River. Fabulous place to stay.”
