It was quiet and relaxing, just what I needed. I never went into town but it wasn’t far from town. I wanted a break from the business of the city and this did not disappoint. I am already planning my next visit. ”

“The first thing my family and I said was "wow" when we walked in. This is the cleanest and cutest house we have stayed in. Erika is a thoughtful host- from a cute smore substitute due to the fire ban, to towel bundles, to laying hay by the fence so the animals would come by to eat. It's a nice location to be somewhere quiet, yet easy enough to get to the waterfalls and such a long the river. It's a good child proof home that was great for my kids (age 3 and 5) to play the games upstairs. Horse……

“Nice clean beautiful home”

“This was the perfect home base for several days while hiking in the Mt Hood National Forest. This area is incredible and beautiful! The cabin was perfect in every way. Very clean, spacious, warm and cozy. We really enjoyed the outside fire pit in the evenings in early July, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Communication with Sal was always prompt and pleasant and if was a joy to work with you and stay at your lovely place. We hope to return some day!”

“My son, dog and I stayed here for 6 nights. He went to snowboard camp each day while I worked in the cabin. Strong internet able to handle video calls. Bathroom recently updated, airy and decorated well. Big washer and dryer, lovely deck to sit on in the evenings with the outdoor lights. Nice yard (not fenced in). Quiet, small neighborhood. Lovely to walk around. "Even Better Ifs": Needs a recycle bin, ice trays and a curtain on the window in the loft.”

“Check in was a breeze. This was a perfect little neighborhood to walk our dog, Dexter. The little trails throughout were fun to check out and some lead right down to the Sandy River. This location offered a central spot for us to venture on hikes and bike rides. We very much enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. ”

“Overall, it was a great “cabin” stay. It was exactly what I wanted. The furniture and decor was perfect. The upstairs layout was different, but we made it work. Couldn’t figure out how to get the upstairs ceiling fan to work, made a note should be added for the next guests. There were lots of amenities that we didn’t take advantage of, but would have been nice if we spent more time in the cabin (games, movies, books and kitchen goods). The shower products were great! Would book again if……

“Overall the place was amazing. Slept 7 no problem.The house was nice but we spent more time outside (obviously). Hottub worked great. Exploring the river and behind the cabin took up a morning. There is a million things to do in the surronding area. Highly recommend River Drifters. Us and the kids enjoyed it. We would come back anytime. ”
