“前台和清潔的員工都非常友善，因早機関係，早上8時已到達酒店，沒想到卻可以提早 check in 入住，特別多謝 Maria幫忙，令我們7晚的住宿，留下一個愉快回憶和體驗。早餐有質素，我們很滿意，20歐元算是合理價錢。酒店很新，位置極佳，就在火車站旁，很舒適，睡得很好，我們會再入住。”

“雖然距離火車站有一段距離，但搭乘輕軌6號線可輕鬆到達飯店外的站牌，從這裡也可以搭輕軌去海德堡，交通還算方便。房間設備整齊乾淨新穎，住起來舒服。唯一的缺點是網路不太穩定，常常顯示已連接但其實上不了網。”
