“We (two couples in their 30s/40s) stayed here for a weekend meet-up and really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with several activity options (pictures are accurate). It was clean and outfitted with sufficient supplies. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable, and there are no full-length mirrors. The house is tucked away off the main beat so take precaution on the roads, but it wasn't at all difficult to find and is less than 15 minutes from several food and shopping options. We……

“Our stay at Meadow Rise Cottage was all that was expected and more! We will definitely book here again when we get back to Hocking Hills. Extremely well kept and super cute, the cottage is a great retreat after a day of exploring and hiking. I really can't say enough good things! ”

“Probably the best built and nicest cabin that we have stayed in. Nice wrap around porch, great hot tub, good mattress and very clean. Suggestions... the internet connection is so bad that it is hard to even watch tv, please upgrade to faster speed! Plus no local stations to watch live tv, couldn't even find a channel to watch the Kentucky Derby! Living room couch needs to be replaced. And finally, all of the curtains are see-thru and don't even cover the entire window or door. Can't imagine……

“Nice location and quiet. Hot tub was nice, cabin had a fun design that met our needs. We enjoyed staying there. Some cons were regarding maintenence items: some deep scratches in the paint in a few areas, shower faucet that was plumbed wrong makin hot cold and cold hot, kitchen faucet also should be replaced. These were just annoying, but we enjoyed our stay”

“This was the perfect cabin for a few night get away. We stayed here with our children and it was perfect. The kitchen was a little tight but for one person to be in there it was just fine and had everything we needed to cook each night. Very close to some of the awesome sites at hocking hills, Rock House was one of my favorite places to see. The yard was great and big had lots of room for the kids to run around and throw the football. The firepit and hottub were both huge hits. ”
