“Wonderful property just as advertised. The host communication was excellent and everything was just as you’d hope. The covered porch was perfect and great since we had some rain during our visit. “Very conveniently located place with lots of easy access to a bunch of parks, one being just across the road. We were able to hike and lounge in floating contraptions on the neighboring lake. It was a very relaxing stay.”

“What an amazing place to get away for awhile. I adored everything about this place and will definitely be a repeat customer. Such a beautiful place to just unwind”

“We had 7 adults and 7 kids (ages 1-13) in our group and the house had just about everything we needed. We did a Kroger pick up on the way in. Kroger and Wal-Mart were about 20 minutes away. We had all our meals at the house. The grill was perfect to cook for a large group. The big cousins slept in the basement bunks and all the kids loved pop-a-shot and the other games. The little cousins wanted to be closer to the parents. I think it took about 30 minutes to get to the Old Man’s Cave parking, a……

For two families (adults dogs and adults kids), it was the perfect amount of space and separation that we needed, with one group being able to sleep/bathe on the main floor and the other group on the lower level. The extra garage was also a nice space to hang out and have separate time when needed. “The cabin was lovely. We were very pleased. Beds were comfortable. It met our needs well. All was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we left halfway through our stay due to threats from a hostile neighbor. All because we walked our 8 lb dog through the front edge of his yard. There are no sidewalks.
