“An Old Fashioned (in the best sense of the word) lake side hotel with a creaky, quirky charm we found endearing. We stayed in a second floor room that might charitably be described as snug. However, the indoor and outdoor common areas, particularly the abundance of seating with westward facing views of the lake, more than make up for it. The cozy, convivial restaurant/ bar area offered solidly tasy ,abundantly portioned reasonably priced food served by earnest and eager staff. We can not speak……

“We were happy to find the Wildflower Country Cottage to be everything it was advertised to be, comfortable, super clean and nicely decorated!The main floor has a big inviting couch, coffee table and large screen TV, gas fireplace, plus a desk and chair.The kitchen area is open and airy.The spiral staircase at first looks challenging but it is easy to climb and kinda fun. FYI my husband and I are in our mid-sixties.The upstairs bedroom and bathroom areas are cozy. The bed with cotton sheets was……

“This quaint and very comfortable Lakeside House is a fabulous retreat! The house is clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with the essentials. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable. The view is stunning and ever changing with interesting wildlife. We particularly enjoyed using the Kayak(s) and the firepit. The shed had plenty of supplies for aquatic activities and grilling. The only drawback to this wonderful cabin is the long climb up and down on the slab staircase leading……

“My family & i had an amazing stay here ! We stayed a Monday to Friday. Any questions we had were answered very quickly too. We really enjoyed our stay. My husband had a work trip in Oneonta actually so being able to rent this beautiful cabin instead of a hotel was perfect esp bc the dog could join & my mom lol If in the area again we would rent again! Also, we went out to eat once and went to Brookes House of BBQ. It was really good :) ”
