“Staff was very patient and helpful when we had issues checking in. Room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-kept. The parking area is somewhat small, but nice and free of trash. The water pressure could have been better, but since that was my only real nitpick this was an overall very pleasant stay.”

The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.”
