“This was a fantastic property. You could tell that love was put into this home. It was perfect for our family of four and we really enjoyed the nice touches. Having a good egg pan was really nice, sometimes when we travel it’s hard to make breakfast. We also appreciated all the amenities that were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. Five stars - would definitely stay there again. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The views of the ocean from the living room were beautiful—waking up to that every morning was such a treat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare full meals, which made our trip even more enjoyable. When we encountered a Wi-Fi issue, the owner was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here……

“It is a nice small studio for the price, especially on Kauai. It is right on the ocean, so you can take the small 500 ft walk back, and the ocean is right there, which is beautiful. The place was well-kept and we didn't have issues. The wifi may cut out on your phone sometimes, but it's most likely due to being so close to the ocean, and it didn't happen enough to be a big issue. Overall, would stay again. ”

“This place was a great location. It was located on the east shore, so going north or south was very easy and not that far. There is a shopping center across the way for food and grocery. Right behind the place is the beach that you can go to anytime. Be beach at anytime you want. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo. The location couldn’t be better for our visit with family in Kapaa and we were steps from the sand with beautiful walking trails and there was a grocery store within easy walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials which made it easy to cook meals. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms which made for a restful night’s sleep after warm beach days. ”

“This condo was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. Some have commented that it was small, but it was quite roomy for a condo in Hawaii. It was nice to have a separate room with the two twin beds for my teenage boys and a sizeable living room and balcony in addition to a separate bedroom with a king bed, decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher, and good size bathroom with a washer and dryer. There was also an AC unit which not all condos have and a very important designated parking……

“Had a great time in the condo. It lived up to the pictures. It was clean, well stocked, the a/c worked when needed, and we had no noise issues from neighbors. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed them so much we came back home and bought the same mattress. The only issues we had was the one TV in the unit didn't work and the beach directly in front of the complex isn't swimmable (we didn't feel comfortable swimming there and didn't see anyone else in the water). “We had a great time in Waipouli Beach Resort! We loved the Kapaa location - so convenient to access both north and south shores. The beach was beautiful - we wish we spent more time enjoying it. Lots of fun for kids (and adults) in the pool, slides, waterfalls and lazy river. The condo was huge with lots of sliders and deck spaces to enjoy the ocean view and breezes. Irena was super responsive! Only knock on it was that the washing machine needed a deep clean. Front loaders can be tough.……
