Even though it’s on the first floor, it is completely private and secure. Couldn’t see anyone else on their lanais and no one comes back where the lanai is. Note, there are a few stairs to the unit. “We fully enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is the best with many great restaurants and Safeway within walking distance. The best shaved ice on the Island (Wailua Shaved Ice) is right across the street. There is a walking/bike path that goes right behind the resort and runs about 6 miles up the coast. It is amazing! We rented bikes which was AWESOME!!! You can also rent bikes and any beach gear in the lobby at Spa by the Sea. The people there are wonderful!!! The condo was well……
