“We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful spot in Princeville! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Lisa was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. She gave us helpful suggestions on places to explore and even recommended a beach that became one of our favorites. Her thoughtfulness really enhanced our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“Ann is a wonderful host and has created an amazing place. The pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture throughout is great. We moved from a larger, newer house in princeville to Ann’s place and the improvement in sleep quality due to the Aweosme mattress and pillows was greatly appreciated by everyone in our group. The house is fully stocked with a coffee grinder and a bin of whole beans for great coffee at the house. The loft area upstairs was a hit with the kids. The lack of AC takes some……

“Our family of 6 had an absolutely magical time in my most favorite place in all of the Hawaiian islands. This home is well appointed for cooking as well as all beach needs ( towels, snorkel gear, stand up paddle boards, surf boards as well as bikes). The interior is bright clean, comfortable and surrounded by lush tropical plants with tons of orchids. The outdoor shower though was the absolute favorite especially at night with the stars out!We walked to the beach and in to town, close distance……

“We really enjoyed this house! It has a great layout, has everything you need in terms of amenities and was very clean. It’s a very short walk or drive to the beach and once they are done rebuilding the sidewalk along the main road, the walk into town will be very easy! We would definitely stay here again!”

“My family of six had a wonderful stay at the River House. Having access to the beach via the river was one of the reasons we chose this home, and that did not disappoint. Also, I enjoyed meeting Mark and you can tell from your first interaction that he really wants to be involved and help you enjoy his home.
