“My husband and I stayed here for a little over a week in early May 2025. The location is great - very close to Sombrero Beach and amenities (side note: I recommend Publix over Winn Dixie). We also liked being in Marathon; there are tons of restaurants to pick from and it is easy to visit other Keys as well. This property was cute, very clean, and well equipped. Only downsides: (1) the property manager convinced me to pay to heat the pool before we got there and there was no need. We asked to……

The owners were friendly and available. 2 highlights of the property were it being on a canal, next it was at the back of the resort so it was very quiet and thirdly the splash pool that was also heated as a jacuzzi for relaxing in the evening. “Overall, the rental was good. Nice area for morning walks. It’s a smaller place and is full of furniture, which makes it feel a bit cramped in the living area. Beds were comfortable and bathroom updates were nice. Outdoor space is nice but furniture is looking tired and ready for updates. The pool is lovely. Luckily for us, the neighbors were never there. So, we had it all to ourselves. ”

“This property was great for our group of 11. Everyone had their own space, and we loved the outdoors area. Communication between the owners was easy and they were responsive. Just a heads up there are no spices, storage bags, garbage bags or Tupperware containers so you will need to purchase that yourself. Overall we had a great trip! This was our 4th time staying in Marathon and we love the location. ”

“This condo was perfect in so many ways. The location is beautiful, quiet and so relaxing. After a bit of a travel challenge for our arrival it was so nice to wake up in the mornign and have what we needed to start the day - coffee and tea!Alec and Lucy were such wonderful hosts. The communication was flawless throughout and they checked in to make sure everything was working for us. If there was a 6 star rating I would have gone with that!”
