“We stayed at this property and had a wonderful time! The property is just as you see it on here. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the pool, hot tub, and paddle boarding! Very close by is a restaurant called SS wreck which had delicious food and amazing key lime pie. We really loved the atmosphere and food at Sparky’s Landing which is just a little before Marathon. We also had a very nice dinner at Angler and Ale which is just a couple minutes from the house. If you have a big group, i definitely……

“This condo was perfect in so many ways. The location is beautiful, quiet and so relaxing. After a bit of a travel challenge for our arrival it was so nice to wake up in the mornign and have what we needed to start the day - coffee and tea!Alec and Lucy were such wonderful hosts. The communication was flawless throughout and they checked in to make sure everything was working for us. If there was a 6 star rating I would have gone with that!”

“I highly recommend this property!! It’s a beautiful home in a fantastic gated community. Matt was a great host. He made check-in super easy and was available for any questions. He gave suggestions of places to eat/visit that were super helpful. We tried out all but 2 on his list and we enjoyed them all. We enjoyed some leisurely evenings hanging out in the pool and the hot tub, playing cards in the Tiki area and we enjoyed the sunsets from the rooftop while eating s’mores made on the rooftop……

“Clean, well stocked, dock was in great condition, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Best thing about this property is the foliage around the pool for privacy and shade and ample parking.Opportunities would be additional washcloths for the bathroom - each person only had one for the entire week and washing just 8 wash cloths is not efficient. Also the ‘neighbors’ across the canal were unfortunately train wrecks worth watching but their antics got old as the week went on. Thankfully the house……
