“The flat is in a very good condition and features everything a traveller may need. The hosts are efficient and helpful. The area where the flat is located is busy, with a lot of cafes and restaurants; walking distance from the seaside. There's a dedicated parking space, which is fantastic in that area. “I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“Stayed for one night. Room was large and comfortable but dated. Balcony was peaceful and private. An interesting history but clearly past it’s best. The outdoor pool wasn’t open which wasn’t great. The indoor pool didn’t look clean or cared for. Flies around and dirty. The food was fine. The staff in bar and dining room were excellent and a credit to the hotel. Sweeping of areas around the hotel would be good and maybe update the games room. Glad we stayed but won’t be visiting again. ”
