“晚上約11時多，由於房間花灑開關掣掉下，而且熱水量不足，所以酒店替我們換房，等了大約一個多小時(包括找工程人員上來check)，結果深夜1時才可以洗澡…. 攰得不得了。 服務是很好的，床單和被鋪都很好。只要定價實在太高，第二天清潔完房間，沒有留下新的蒸餾水，冷氣很嘈。同樣價錢我平時住st regis會比她好很多。”

“Historical building in great location. However although history is appreciated decor is dated and tired. We had a sewer odor in the bathroom. Reported to desk. It dissipated but not clear if that was because it was fixed or luck. Came back again anyway and no one followed up with us. Pretty poor. ”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Excellent environment, comfortable and clean cottage. About 30 minutes driving from Quebec City, close to tourist attractions such as Canyon Saint Anne and Chutes Montmorency. Would recommend for those who enjoy the nature.”
