“Hôtel propre. Le réfrigérateur était un peu bruyant durant la nuit. Alors, on l'a désactivé la deuxième nuit. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres, mais il fallait tirer longtemps la chasse d'eau pour que ça fonctionne correctement. On a bien aimé le déjeuner qui était disponible à la cafétéria. Et il était inclus dans le forfait. Le personnel était sympatique et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Bonne expérience.”

“酒店地點方面，去舊城區也很近，附近很多食肆，酒店有相當歷史，但仍保留部份舊的磚牆和新的浴室，很好。如自駕遊，記得說明你book 酒店時是否免費泊車，另如要清潔房間，也通知聲櫃檯，整體是不錯”

“This hotel is in a great location in Vieux Quebec. The hotel is modern with spacious and well appointed rooms. There’s a lovely roof terrace with comfy chairs and great views as well as small spa in the basement for guests use. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.”

“飯店人員非常親切，很熱情的分享魁北克當地知名景點及餐廳，停車場雖是使用City Hall的空間，略微不方便，但距離不遠，且費用由飯店負擔。房間整潔明亮，樓下雖是旅客服務中心，但晚上便有門禁管制，安全性尚佳。飯店地點在芳緹娜對面，地理位置優越。飯店本身沒有餐廳，不過有跟隔壁餐館合作，提供住客優惠的早餐方案。”
