“We were only staying in the area for one night as we were passing through but would have been very comfortable for a longer time! LaVese was so kind and easy to work with. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, bedding, and kitchen provisions. Plenty of K cups and water bottles, too. The cabin is right on the main road through Theodosia and easy to find. We could have walked to dinner at the Mexican restaurant if it hadn't been as late as it was! Would……

“This home is very secluded and very quiet. It is also well kept. The roads to get there are narrow and very dusty, but also very scenic in its own special way. The house may not be suited for some people because the bedroom is upstairs with relatively narrow steps, and the bathroom is on the ground level. We enjoyed the stay very much.”

“Cabin was very clean and well kept. Very relaxing atmosphere. Great location. Had all the necessities you need to stay there. Definitely looking forward to booking it again in the future. ”

“House is cheaply built, with no seclusion. It's located in a development, and lacks proper landscaping. There is just a few feet between houses on this lane, with no kind of privacy fence or screen. There had been so many chemicals put into the hot tub that we were actually shoveling bubbles out with our hands, but the smell was so strong we couldn't even stand it. That being said, while you're in the hot tub, you can literally hear the conversations of the people next door. The house itself……

“The cleaning lady was very nice, it was comfortable, It was hard to control the air conditioner. We did not need it as cold as it was. We are in our 80s and we kept it at 75 bedroom air conditioner did not have any controls. It was a good stay.”
