“We went to relax while looking at the water and fish a little and we got just what we wanted. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! Perfect weather, good fishing just outside the back door, and several great outside spots to enjoy it all. Plus, Cotter has a nice little park/boat launch area that we enjoyed too.Our group was supposed to be 3 couples but ended up with 2. “We booked this house for our small home inspection company employees and their families. 20 of us total including everyone from babies to adults. The house was very clean and well stocked. Everything worked like it should, and we had all of the items needed to enjoy the amenities. (Ping pong paddles, balls, pool cues, etc.)Plenty of room and having bedrooms on every floor meant we could keep the families with babies, older folks, and teens separated to help control noise. “If you’re looking for a good location close to the action but on a quiet street, this is a good choice. We enjoyed the clean house and our host was very responsive. ”

“Our focus for the stay was to do some fishing in Long Creek on Table Rock Lake and this house was just a couple miles from the cricket creek marina and launch ramp. The house was clean and completely met our needs. I will say the parking was a bit tight for my 20’ bass boat, but after the first attempt we got it figured out. ”

“The House is Beautiful! So much room, very clean, just about everything we could think of was provided. Extra Blankets, Hair Dryers in bathrooms, Shampoos, even a Crock Pot, Coffee, Seasonings. Wonderful Stay. The only downside was the Stairs into the Property, it really needs a rail for the lower steps, as they are steep. Aside from the entry, this Location & Home was Great. Loved it.”

Only complaint was that in description of area it stated it was in walking distance to several places downtown Branson and it is not.
