“We stayed over the weekend of the 4th of July & were surprised by how un-crowded our side of the lake was! We absolutely loved sitting on the beach & thought the area was beautiful & quiet. But, the pictures weren’t accurate for where we stayed. It showed a flat area around the trailer, a fire pit with wood, a picnic table, & a grill. “This camper was on a quiet lake and the views were beautiful. We rented a kayak for a day and it was very inexpensive. The hosts communicated very well with us and even came out to help us with how to use the generator. The camper itself was clean, but you can tell it's been sitting on the beach for awhile, because there was built up sand on the window sills and sand in sink and the shower water. No matter how much you sweep, there will always be sand and hard not to get it in your bed. Most of……

“While this place was absolutely beautiful, there were a few issues. 1. The map location on VRBO is incorrect and brought me to a rough road past some railroad tracks. After calling the host, he gave me the correct directions. But it was frustrating that the location was incorrect. 2. The bathroom was a 10 min walk away/each way. So if you just wanted to brush your teeth (and it was very dark outside), you had to take at least 25 mins for the whole adventure! 3. The bathroom was a little rundown.……
