“This is the first time I’ve booked a property and I had an amazing experience. The house and veiws were spectacular, especially with the snow we had. The biggest issue we faced was when the thermostat’s battery died, and the temp was stuck at 62. The host reached out very quickly and began working to help me fix the issue, even though it was late on Friday night. They even ordered a second space heater to make sure we were warm enough. My friends and I throughly enjoyed the entire property and……

“Mice droppings were in all the beds. Also fresh crusty blood spots on several pillow cases and soaked through to pillows. M&Ms in a bed too. Obviously unwashed bedding. Our food and containers had fresh mouse droppings on them. Survived by using our own things as much as possible. For so much a night to stay there, it was very disappointing!! When reaching out to owner to see if she’d make things right, she was totally unwilling. One thing I did appreciate is, we left an item there accidentally,……
